You can add the agenda to the meeting request by attaching it. For instance I will put a reminder to call a client and put the name and phone number in the Subject line. I also like to turn on the stat holiday alerts in Outlook so you will see all the stat holidays in a calendar year.

To prepare a minute template simply use your agenda and put it in minute format. Under each agenda heading you can then record the appropriate information when you are in the meeting. I use the meeting agenda as an index with each item as a tab number. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday.
