Just because you are the team’s PA, doesn’t mean you can’t write a policy statement, or organise induction for graduates or get involved with new things. Zip your lip.

In my case, I am lucky, since I only have to track calls for myself and use my daily journal or agenda (call it what you will) to make notes. You can purge the files as needed, depending on your companys situation and/or policy. This happens to everyone from time to time.
