Don’t underestimate the value of temping. Working for a temp agency can either land you a full-time job or help to keep you employed while you are looking.

Q: You mentioned being headhunted consistently by Fortune 500 companies. A: I do agree doing all those basic employment tests are a drag, but companies still feel it's safe to do it and a good way to weed out candidates. They also take into consideration which C-Level executive you assisted and at which company.

The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. How long do you think is fair?

To all my college professors and mentors, hats off to you for teaching me about gratitude, showing appreciation, and passing on the knowledge as a way of giving back to the community.
