Thank goodness I get three tries to pick the right one before the system locks me out. The first time it doesnt work, I assume I entered it wrong so try again. Of course even if the system hadnt crashed, I would have needed to know my server and Outlook password so I could get into my sub-folder with all my passwords?

I have a similar system with my boss. I put travel in red and action reminders in yellow, but that is our own system and it works for us. but I don't use that system or know what the colours mean.
