It is a week since we held the OPSA National Administrative Excellence Award – online! The Awards which are held annually in April during International Administrative Professionals week at the Birchwood Hotel include a wonderful buffet breakfast and all the glitz and glamour. Their supporters chipped in to congratulate them.

How to Maximize Time with Your Children

I decided not to let the kids play with their video games, I turned off my cell phone (NOTHING was more important than my children – whoever it was could wait), and any other distractions. My son is now finishing his second year at Johns Hopkins Medical School and my daughter has her master’s degree from Northwestern University.
