Also, when we conduct activities in our training classes with assistants and ask them what skills, attitudes, and behaviors are important for an assistant, 90 percent of the time they list the fundamentals. This is not smart.

May 21, 2018. Gillie attended my World Class Assistant certification and designation course in Las Vegas many years ago. During our World Class Assistant course, I teach the importance of a Career Portfolio. During the class, I allow time for attendees to create the first hard copy draft of their portfolio.

Try this by visiting art galleries, sitting in on (or taking) local art classes or shadowing a graphic design team for a day.
