Over the past 20 years, I have attended several conferences ranging in topics from fiction writing to motivational to professional training and even a full weekend trying to become a more educated outdoor woman. A: Believe it or not, most of my mentoring came from executives; not peers. The conference exceeded all of my expectations.

You have a strategy and training and you've done all of your warm ups. She is an inspirational speaker, business mentor for black women, and marketing strategist. All of my mentors had been white. I took the time to look at who was demonstrating with their dollars, I was their mentor.
