It was 2010. Buoyed by this success, I decided to go for the biggest deal of my life: the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. On January 15, 2010, I was expecting a delivery of 17,000-plus tickets, and I had paid a deposit of $3 million for them. But the tickets never showed up. I was waiting for the most important call of my life.
