To be a little more productive at my job, I thought Id create e-mail templates, which save quite a bit of time in the long run. Here are 9 steps to creating an e-mail template in Microsoft Outlook : On the Tools menu, click Options , then click the Mail Format tab. Click Apply , then OK. On the File menu, click Save As.

In order to get your tasks completed on time and in a proficient manner, there is a little trick that I use to make sure that I only focus on one project at a time and give it my undivided attention (when I possibly can). Having a timer at your desk can be a great tool. To avoid this, try using an online timer instead.
