The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. Then just follow the instructions to installing and using the software. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. Its compatible with any version of Outlook 2002 or later.

I worked for a software company with a casual dress code and men and women both wore shorts all the time (it was in Houston and warm close to year round).

Many anti-virus software are being advertised this way to secure people from spam e-mails. Another tip is to install anti-virus and internet security software, such as Symantecs Norton products. These types of software even include spam blockers. They would even sell your personal information in chat rooms on the black market.
