If a more experienced assistant comes alongside you and provides mentoring - dont refuse it. She said it wouldnt look good on my resume if I was seen as a job hopper. Right now I just put things on his calendar and order food. It also looks bad on one’s resume. Volunteer and mentor online by being an email pen pal. Many people think working at a t.v. station is glamorous but it's just like working anywhere else. If I had more work to do and would be learning along the way, I would stay.
