It also looks bad on one’s resume. Volunteer and mentor online by being an email pen pal. And I had to debate with myself if it was worth staying in a job that was pretty great, but not amazing. I knew I didn’t want to job hunt for more than 6-9 months if I didn’t have to. It’s a grueling process to keep doing for a year or more.
