I told them if I wanted a PowerBook I would have purchased one. You guessed it the supervisor did not call, so I called again after 20 minutes waiting time I was told to wait my turn.

Keep in mind that the article discusses the initial conditions required to be in place for a first-time purchase. Liking the author doesn’t factor into that first purchase anywhere.
