Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. Sherien : I am sure I am with the millions when I say I can’t live without my phone. We have a Twitter account @edinburghpa and a Facebook page , which is mostly run by Sherien and we also have a private LinkedIn group.

There's something electrifying about a shocking experience I had today when I decided to pay EDF, an electric utility supplier in the UK - anyone would think that ringing to pay a bill would be so easily - but it's not - not at all! nous we are the world's biggest electricity company and we have - OMG they still haven't answered the phone.
