The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. I have no idea how long "temp" is considered before they would offer the permanent position. It feels like a bait and switch and there are no guarantees.

Flow Charts You might decide a flow chart will better illustrate the logic behind how your business process flows. Its that simple. Business systems are beneficial, too.

Have a system in place to acknowledge that youve received a resume and/or cover letter when they come flooding in. It may cost you some time in the beginning, but it will save you in the long run when job seekers tie up your phone lines or e-mail asking, "Did you get my resume?" Besides, its just common courtesy.
