This would also help with their induction process and ideally a ‘buddy cover’ or mentor could be assigned. Put every PA on a shared distribution list and ideally a closed SharePoint site for sharing information such as training & seminars. Have a launch event to promote the PA network.

A certification can certainly help you get promoted to an executive assistant position or be considered for an executive assistant position. There were several public seminar companies whose 1 day workshops I attended and I did learn some good tips. It also promotes yourself for your next position. (BM).
