This happens to me quite often, since I help about 30 people, including 6 managers. The best way to deal with stressful situations like this is to stop, take a breath and relax for a few minutes. Just getting out the tension will release any anxiety and stress you may have. Exercise can do wonders.

If the management at your organization doesnt care about whats going on, is this really a place that you want to be at? Lifes too short to stress out! You mentioned that youve spoken to your supervisor, HR, etc. Did you take it up each level all the way to the top? Dont drive yourself nuts about these things.

Who said it was smart to give a one-hour free seminar, speech or workshop almost every single day? I sat and waited for nearly two weeks without even having a listen, because I wanted the PDF transcription I could read, simply because I don’t like audio. I haven’t posted in two days&# stress.
