I had to open a different software program and needed yet another password for that. I just make a note for each account whether it's our purchasing page, our network software products, or websites i need to access for various reasons and put my user name and password on the note as well as the website address.

I have the software at home, but havent gotten the gumption up to load it yet. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice. Wow.this tip almost makes me want to upgrade to 2007 *laughs*. So far, none of my jobs have upgraded to Office 2007.
That is not in my job description.

One assistant was very good at technology and was always finding solutions to software problems. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice. I know of three administrative assistants who have taken on the challenges of doing different types of work within their admin role and it has led to a new career.
