We see the symptoms on the surface, so we look away —and for generations, communities such as Bonton are left without adequate resources. The food they produce is sold to both Bonton residents and local Dallas restaurants.

INTERVIEW WELL Make it a conversation. You are interviewing them too so ask questions. Take notes during the interview so you don’t forget what you wanted to ask.
