Perhaps we put a lot of the stress on ourselves because we feel that every e-mail has to be replied to immediately. I also learned at a "Working Smarter with Microsoft Outlook" seminar that we should not use e-mails as urgent requests. This little tip has been a huge time-saver for me. Oh where or where is my password?
