Under a new regulation published January 12, 2023 , centers will submit client information to a centralized online database rather than rely on paper forms. Once they have submitted this form, the center becomes a commercial mail receiving agent, or CMRA.

That makes sense, but can this system be applied to other information, like monthly bills, tax returns, staff, legal issues, normal company information? This way, you can keep track of all files in any way, shape or form. B eing able to retrieve the data is more important than an organized alphabetized file drawer.

When I receive an initial request for a meeting, I use a meeting form and write down the information I need: who is requesting the meeting, what is the purpose of the meeting, where it will be held and a phone number or an e-mail address and dates that are available.
