I decided to leave my previous employee in June 2010 but was job hunting for 6 months and when I did get the role I am in currently I had to complete a detailed application form, attend three interviews and sit two psychometric tests (for language and numerical skills). I found every single one of my jobs through a temping agency or by referral. But in reality – the most useful skill that opened a lot of doors for me were my soft skills. 1) Do you have the admin skills to be an EA? They are looking for a job history with the exact same job they are looking to fill.
