A survey conducted in Britain states that solving your problems and being most productive happens before noon. Trying to tackle a task at 4:30 pm usually isnt a good option for most of us, since you are ready to call it quits at 5:00 pm, especially on a Friday, since your mind is already in weekend mode.

Fax Blasts I remember someone from my IAAP Chapter asked me to fax the notice of our Chapter dinner to a list of about 60 companies to promote it. I dont know about you, but when I get these "flyer" type faxes, they go immediately in the recycle bin. 411 Look Up 411.ca

Actually I prefer to write letters and fax a copy of the letter with the initial problem, names, dates, circumstances, and solution. Make Google your friend, and research the person or the department that will get you results. When writing, always remain courteous, and it’s important not to blame, insult, or whine.
