If you get a question that doesnt relate to the job that youre applying for, this type of question is related to how well you work under pressure. Try to give a range, never give a fixed figure.

As wonderful as online learning can be, going to a live conference or seminar with other assistants is something that you should try to do a few times a year. I have asked for a raise however, but it was after I considered a move somewhere else and wasnt sure I wanted to go, so gave my employer a chance to match the new salary and they did.
