Ive been in these types of situations quite often, but have learned over time that many photocopiers these days have functions so advanced that it can clean your floors, do your dishes and tuck your kids in at night. She also mentions that she needs it completed urgently, since she had to schedule a meeting with some clients right away.

Learn from them and build on your weaknesses to make them into strengths. If someone is being negative with you, ask them why they are raising their voice or why they are being pessimistic. I have been on some interactive sites where assistants ask questions and get answers and I learn from them as I have some of the same questions. Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other. Administrative newsletters or bulletin boards where you can post tips or suggestions is a good way to learn.
