And so for the call center, we have our team leads and we try to keep our teams very small so our goal is to have their team sizes be roughly about 12 people. And it ebbs and flows in the call centers so it’s up and down a little bit from that but that’s our goal. They’re still mentors. So they have manageable team sizes.
