You can voice your opinion more so, since there are few executive personnel. Large Firms: Your job is more stable, since there are more funds reserved, due to larger profits.

Networking at a conference does little good if you never speak with the person after the event. One thing Ive learned over the years is that an arsenal of compelling stories and anecdotes related to my career can be extremely useful. I choose to tell stories that I know others can relate to and maybe even learn from listening.

Ive been in these types of situations quite often, but have learned over time that many photocopiers these days have functions so advanced that it can clean your floors, do your dishes and tuck your kids in at night. There are many other things you can do with rules so take the time to check them out and feel your way around. Share what you have learned with your boss. Putting the asterisk makes sure it is first on my list. It will be worth the effort. Most executives I know want the help and this would be a great way of organizing them.
