Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check your details on the go.

There were charges for audio visual equipment that we never ordered. There is value in getting to know people, even if it is just over email or the phone.
