This is actually good for your heart and has many health benefits as well. A large number of people that wake up in the morning need their coffee to jump start their mornings and help them throughout the day. One on one consulting, seminars, meet ups are difficult to copy and expensive to hold. You can’t outsource your US seminar to the Philippines, yet. Games and virtual environments (difficult to create as a learning tool). Then, text information can be in the form of web pages/blog posts, PDF ebooks, forum posts, wikis, etc.

Who said it was smart to give a one-hour free seminar, speech or workshop almost every single day? I sat and waited for nearly two weeks without even having a listen, because I wanted the PDF transcription I could read, simply because I don’t like audio. Everyone wants to be seen as generous and selfless. So far so good.
