This is actually good for your heart and has many health benefits as well. A large number of people that wake up in the morning need their coffee to jump start their mornings and help them throughout the day. In an effort to eliminate paper, you may want to scan the document, save it as a PDF, and file it in an electronic file. Eliminating the many pictures, mementos, and knick knacks will keep a professional look, but also maintain a pleasant environment. Then decide to shred or recycle the document.
