I treasure the shoe store where the salesperson knows me by name, knows what I like, and sends me a quick email when new merchandise comes into the store. Studies have shown that retail and restaurant customers will spend 40% more if the service provided is outstanding, so everyday we as business owners, should try to do better.

The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday.

Try to set up the communication of the office so your boss checks their own emails and responds, but you are in charge of all the mtg coordination, phones, and anything that happens in the office. Are there favorites of anything your boss likes - their coffee, restaurants, cafeteria lunch food, etc? Here are some examples.
