Here are a few suggestions: Always start out with a FAQ. Begin the process as soon as possible, and if you don’t have an immediate solution, then follow-up with an email or phone call as soon as you do. Imagine how insignificant and angry a customer could become if they don’t hear from the online organization?

Free information doesn’t pay for health insurance or holidays. I believe that for this reason, a lot of clients out there are simply wanting unique contents to push their websites on the organic listing ( search engines ). Free information doesn’t pay the lease on their brick-and-mortar store. Thanks for this great tip.

One other thing I’d add for freelancing–and it’s either a pro or a con depending how you look at it–is that you need to build your network of freelancers through professional organizations, meetups or some other way.
