I have always been a believer in sharing ideas and have received my best education from other assistants. Administrative newsletters or bulletin boards where you can post tips or suggestions is a good way to learn. Our strength is what we know collectively and we should have some way to share our knowledge with each other.

I get internal newsletters and other information-type e-mails so I have a folder called News and dump everything like that in there until I have a chance to go back and read it or delete it.
