In a nut shell, you download the free software , install it and it’s always running in the background. It means a lot to the team here. It might even keep you reading information in the browser, instead of focusing on your original task. There is a more productive method that you can use to conduct your research. Thanks Richard.

  Eliminate a lot of paper by having your statements sent to you electronically in PDF format.    Then , either go to the manufacturer's web site and download the manual (to be saved electronically in a computer file) or check out www.Retrevo.com.   Most banks now offer this service for free.

it allows you to dump all the thoughts you have in your head out into a coherent plan, indicate which are just "ideas", which are in process, which require additional info, and much more -- you can attach notes, links, and pictures to any node, color-code your map, save to PDF/print/share -- I am just loving this tool so far!
