I always viewed it as a chance to learn first hand from experienced professionals in the business world. I never found it weird or uncomfortable.

  Eliminate a lot of paper by having your statements sent to you electronically in PDF format.    Then , either go to the manufacturer's web site and download the manual (to be saved electronically in a computer file) or check out www.Retrevo.com.
