Notebooks – I have one hard back A4 notebook for meetings and one A5 scrapbook for scribbles, doodles and messy thoughts. The phone should be on the desk as near to your keyboard and computer screen as possible. This is kept neatly in an upright plastic magazine rack and I cull out of date information every few months.

The pink box is generally used for, well…doodling. It syncs via Bluetooth and with my tiny fingers the keyboard actually works rather well (again, I’m using one of the original designs ). If you’re in the market for a case that also doubles as a keyboard for your iPad, the ZAGGmate does a great job. Read and Trust Magazine.
