I also attend a lot of events for my work itself particularly when I am asked to source venues and meet new suppliers. I attended a few training sessions while at EIBTM and even though I am an EA I definitely took something away from each speaker. This means that I am not always in the office.

I have definitely felt the pressure over the years to find my managers the perfect place, especially as I like to think, although I may be living in denial, that I’m quite … eerrrrmmmm… current?! I spent a lot of time researching great venues, restaurants, hotels and suppliers and I really enjoyed it.
