To me, fall represents cozying up at home, days ending a little earlier, a new television season, football, cooler evenings and mornings, sweater weather and. Yes, I am definitely ready for fall. An administrative peer thinks his process for approaching meeting planning is the best way and you feel your approach is better.

I just finished a busy few months leading up to our Board of Directors meeting and it went very smoothly. I love it when things fall into place, but that doesn't happen without a lot of planning. To get ready the first thing I do is populate my to-do list with the tasks I need to do leading up to the event.

That definitely can be a challenge. You want to keep up to date on their working life and all they have to do. Keep up to date on their calendar and look ahead to see what is coming up and what your boss might need to prepare for that. Remind them verbally as well when you meet with them. 411 Look Up 411.ca

I am busy, busy this week preparing to leave because I dont want to leave any loose ends and I want to cover off on anything that might come up in my absence. It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. If it is a planned time off then you can meet with your buddy and give them any instructions or information they will need to handle in your absence and any contact names and numbers.
