Then you finally do reach a live person and you are so fed up with all of the time wasted, that you start fuming towards the person on the other end of the phone. Money, of course, is important, but what about the customer? Providing excellent customer service is crucial. Passing the buck to another co-worker or department can result in customer frustration and might end in a spin off of negative results. Keep in mind that they are the ones that are paying your salary.

I would do e-mails, phone calls, updating clients' calendars, word processing, etc. All of my services are listed on my new site. Having said that, I am starting a Virtual Assistant business. You might be asking what this is. In a nutshell, it's doing any sort of administrative work from the comfort of my own home.
