The “Multi-VA Practice Panel Discussion” members were evenly divided between multi-va business owners and virtual assistants who belong to such teams (as well as having their own clients). Our team member panelists were Stacy Bergsma and Patty Dost. Not surprisingly, there are several ways to manage a team.

I state my job is to assimilate to what already exists at the company and to be team player and to do what is best for the company because without the company, I wouldn’t be here. First and foremost, your job as an EA is to master working with many different people in a customer service role, and the admin work is actually secondary.
