The proposed ballot measure would be similar to California's Prop 22, which passed last year. Allowing customer-facing workers complete schedule flexibility would result in constant misallocation of resources. This would result in bad customer service, unprofitable operations, and business failure.

It is not a social media book (more on that in The Story below), but social media is woven throughout the book (as it should be woven throughout a company’s marketing and customer service strategies).
