Unkempt work spaces are becoming a productivity issue as offices become more cramped and cubicles replace private offices. There is more stuff on office desks: computers, printers, faxes and other new technologies. We waste precious time looking for an important e-mail or document. It creates undo extra stress.

You have to share your secrets with us, if you are not feeling stressed, which I hope you are not. This way, everyone will be using the exact same documents , spreadsheet , etc. Just make sure to protect the documents, spreadsheets, etc. My response to this is: Wow, you are doing the work of 3 people? that everyone can follow.

Here are the simple steps on how to copy tables: Open your Word document that contains the table. Now you can show your boss the new presentation that they were asking for, without getting your stress level up. This actually is quite easy to do. Open Powerpoint and click on File, then select New, then Blank Presentation.
