So I was skeptical too and started to Google how people used Twitter to find jobs and I came across Tweet My Jobs. It is a site and free service to tweet out your full resume. I've actually sent in my resume and cover letter to companies with open positions whenever their site was down or when a post had expired.

This is why you should give free samples or a great discount and keep in touch with clients at least once a year via a personal email. 9 times out of 10, whenever I need to take care of task, the first thing I do is Google it, look for it on Yelp, or look on LinkedIn. Then I call and email every vendor.

Lucky for you, there's Google! Once you find out their email or fax number, they will ask you to submit your cover letter and resume. Some agencies will completely reformat your resume (with your final approval for accuracy) for you to their style/liking or will ask you to revise your resume to their standards.

If your boss is very high profile and him being fired was a secret/covered up, such as he “took an early retirement” etc, perhaps just say your boss exited the company because he took an early retirement, wanted to spend more time with his family, or x. Explain it in the same manner. Look for a job CONFIDENTIALLY. Should you stay?
