I enjoyed a beautiful meal at NHube (the hotel restaurant and bar) and I also took a look around the hotel, which I must say is one of the nicest I have seen since I moved to Barcelona last year. The roof top terrace is lovely and would be even nicer in the summer with a pool for cooling off after a stressful day. Restaurant.

About a year ago, I took up day hiking , spending a Saturday morning here and there going up to a mountaintop and back, mostly safe and short hikes on heavily traveled trails. Of course they also said they were too busy to go with me. The lodge has a restaurant with a nice outside patio overlooking a river.

This does increase the preparation time, but on the day of the meeting it goes very smoothly with no stress. There are courses on minute taking and Board governance, but also you can learn alot by reading books and asking others who are in this field. Then it is a simple matter of filling in the blanks on the day of the meeting.
