I was in a workshop today on presentation skills and one of the things they had us do was present something to the group while they filmed us. I now have to do another presentation on Monday, but this time with my new knowledge on how to do it better.

I find it frustrating when people either text while in a conversation or are constantly taking phone calls. Incoming text message.

I turned off the radio, made sure all of the windows were up, shut off my phone and reviewed our conversation. However, health care is not the ONLY industry where these variables are present. I didnt think much about this until I started my drive back home. I happened to have some time on my hands since it was a longer drive.
