I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Need a plan, then partner with a "project manager" or get a great planner. Once I feel I've captured every idea on a note, I find a stretch of wall and stick each idea up.
