After all, no one knows better about how to move forward with confidence, strength, grace, and self-respect. I should not have a “mommy penalty” on my salary because I have children and neither should you. There will be others who may be louder and sound more confident than you, but don’t let the bluster fool you.

Further, I have determined that this great resignation – and certainly the desire to quit – began long before the pandemic, but the Covid health crisis simply accelerated the exodus because it was now easier to leave their manager.
