I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the self esteem scale. So I started to say Yes and it was a real confidence booster.

From that negative comes lack of productivity, low self-esteem, and a breakdown of teamwork. Senior management can lead with their vision and strategies in order to instill employee confidence. Senior leadership must motivate employees by nurturing career development, integrity, and dedication.
