So, after some advice from my mentor, I started sending my boss weekly emails detailing what I had achieved that week. 44% said they felt slightly underpaid.

And so for the call center, we have our team leads and we try to keep our teams very small so our goal is to have their team sizes be roughly about 12 people. And it ebbs and flows in the call centers so it’s up and down a little bit from that but that’s our goal. They’re still mentors. So they have manageable team sizes.

That’s a good way to build confident success so that you’re always ready for what’s coming at you – before you get there. Horses (clients too) can sense when your worried about something, when your confidence is lacking. Can be difficult without a great mentor to advice me. Never look back.
