You may also want to confer with a business insurance agent. If you hire subcontractors and then micromanage them, provide them office equipment, ect, then yes this is illegal. Plus add to that the fact that I make a fantastic (and steadily increasing) salary! If he doesn’t know, consult a tax attorney. Don’t guess. well, weird.
